<span>This specification has been developed to refine and iterate the administrative metadata that must be collected during development of data standards and collections for the Digitising Social Care (DiSC) Project. The specification is initially focused on metadata recorded during the development and cataloguing of terminologies and standards related to Social Care. It includes administrative and descriptive information about the standard being developed, as well as the stakeholders involved and governance and approvals process.</span>
